We had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel, which felt more like a cozy B&B. The room was spacious and had a pleasant atmosphere, providing a comfortable stay. The highlight was the excellent breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The charming and helpful staff added a special touch to our experience. The hotel's location in the center of town, just a short walk from the station, was convenient. The decor had a quirky charm, reminiscent of staying at your old aunty's place.

I stayed at Hotel Emma for five nights and felt very much at home. The location on the pedestrian boulevard was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The DIY check-in system with text message codes was convenient and easy to use. The staff, especially Maria Kristina, were friendly and helpful, providing local history and tourist info. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. The room was lovely, spacious, and had reliable WiFi. The hotel's cozy pub/restaurant also offered a discount for guests on meals.

Hotel Emma in Ostersund is amazing – rooms - staff, and food are all fantastic! The hotel is centrally located - right in the heart of the city - with shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The staff - especially Maria-Kristina - were attentive and spoke excellent English. My room #30 was quiet and immaculate - with a lovely renovated bathroom. The hotel supports the local economy and serves only organic food.

Generous welcome and kind staff made our thanksgiving special. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds are perfect to stay in the heart of town. We enjoyed the organic breakfast which included local products. The breakfast room and lounge offered free tea and coffee, biscuits, and fruits all day, which was a fantastic advantage for us to save on food and drinks.

Our room was a bit warm during the night. Plus, there was noise from the city, so we couldn't keep the window open at night.

The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city, on the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of yoghurts, mueslis, and jams to choose from, and the option to enjoy coffee and tea in the reception area was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and at home during our stay.

Although the rooms were well-maintained and clean, they did feel a bit dated and could use some updating. we found it a bit difficult to navigate the after-hours check-in system when we arrived.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the centre of everything. It's situated in a beautiful old building with plenty of charm. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are top-notch, providing great service and assistance. The breakfast is a highlight of the stay, with an excellent selection of delicious items.

I chose Emma for its perfect location near Badhusparken, where I wanted to visit. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent concierge services. I particularly loved the availability of free hot drinks at all times.
